JPrice Stores – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At JPrice Stores, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our inventory and to protect the integrity of our marketplace, we maintain a strict 30-day return policy.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstance.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition as when it was delivered.
- All original packaging, factory seals, accessories, manuals, and labels must be completely intact.
- Items must be returned in original unopened packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Any item that shows signs of use, opening, tampering, or alteration is immediately disqualified from refund eligibility.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Electronics
- Downloadable software / digital products
- Consumables, perishable goods, or reagents
- Health, sanitary, and personal care items
- Intimate items
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items sold as “as-is,” “final sale,” or part of liquidation lots
- Any opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, VHS, cassette tapes, vinyl records, etc.)
- Items shipped directly from manufacturers (do not return to manufacturer)
Inspection & Partial Refunds
All returned items go through a strict inspection process.
We may grant a partial refund or deny the refund entirely if:
- The item shows any sign of use, wear, opening, or tampering
- The item is not in its original condition
- Parts, components, manuals, or accessories are missing
- Factory seals or packaging are broken
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the item.
- You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not posted:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting delays may occur.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping and/or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund total.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- JPrice Stores is not responsible for lost, damaged, or improperly packaged return shipments.
